功能說明
WST-8 可與活細胞內的 dehydrogenase 反應，反應後的 WTS-8將由粉色轉變成橙色，活細胞多寡可藉由 dehydrogenase 活性判定， 並藉由透過檢測 450 nm 吸光值，直接推算活細胞數量。
